My toons name is RedJohn Wanderer on Zugen, I cannot complete Factions Missions in Great Cleave or Edengrove. I have tried logging in and out, I have abandon mission and retried them, I have gone back and redid them. I can compl;ete missions in other lower level zones, but have not tried in Ebonrock or Reekwater.

There are multiple threads about this popular bug.
See possible work around: Possible Solution: can’t complete/turn in faction missions
- Abandon all faction missions
- Take one - and only one - faction mission
- Complete it and go back to your faction representative
- You should now be able to turn that one mission in
- Once that’s done taking and completing faction missions works as intended
This worked for me. Was unable to turn-in missions. Abandoning and re-completing did not work. The above method worked.
