Just logged in and payed my tax and my decorations placed are still 0/0 so I still canāt decorate my house since I have no decorations points in it, even though it is a T4 house.
Whenever I try to decorate it it just says āCannot plcae. Too many items of this typeā Even though my house is empty.

Cannot place decorations in an empty house.
Verified game files yesterday and reset key bindings to default. Did not fix.
Please help or at least let me know if I can re buy the house and be compensated the 5K at a later date. I donāt care about the taxes.
Something that might be helpful: my bugged house when I enter it normally does not bring up the normal interface for placing decorations etc. It might be something to do with the game not recognising that the house is owned by me and it thinks Iām visiting someone elseās.
To access decorations I specifically need to go into housing menu and select my house or telephone there but I cannot decorate.
I hope this will help the team solve the issue. this has been going for a week and a half for me.

If I TP there it says I can decorate but the bugged score.
If i enter normally I enter an empty house, but via housing menu I can find my house but still canāt decorate itā¦
I want to tell you that I still waiting for the response about this issue and additionally add the new information you have provided in this post regarding the problem with houses you are having.

In-game logs.
Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
Paste the contents of the file into your message.
You can use Pastebin or Dropbox to upload the logs and them attach the link in the message.
Also they wanna know if you can`t decorate any part of the house or just a specific part.
I will be waiting for your response in order to send it to the devs team and they can continue help us with this.
I tried to do what you asked and had it all laid out in a message for you. However, I canāt send you a direct message. It says āSonicsilver is not accepting messages at the momentā
I like to say that I have news by the devs team about it, I would like to thank you for the information you gave us in order to still investigate the issue.
The response they gave us was that they still investigated and working to fix the issue with the house and the decoration. At the moment they canāt give any ETA for the fix.
Once again we appreciate your patience and like to say to keep a look to the forum, official website and social media for the any new about it.
Will we get any message if and when they fix it? Or have to look out after forum post etc on our own?
Coming up too two weeks now of it not working and have other friends with similiar problems!

Itās been 10 days now with no new news. Itās soon been a month since I posted here.
Kind of curious when I can expect to put chests/trophies down in my T4 house that just cost me money for taxes.

SInce youāre still not able to decorate your house, I recommend you to contact live support at New World - Support | Amazon Games so they can escalate this issue.
