I’m having it now too, I hope when I log back in they reverted some pointless nerfs and fixed the mob HP and loot scaling for groups. Cause it’s super tedious for no reason and makes me want to invest less and less hrs and money in this game.
Same issue. Restarting does not help. I suspect that it be related to steam login service also going down.

Same issue … restarted Steam, ran a speed test (359Mbps down, 29.9Mbps up) and restarted the game in hope they were just returning my missing gear. No luck
Unable to login to game on a west coast server currently. Even before character selection its apparent there is issues as the “login to twitch” to link account is displaying even though I am already linked. Seems the login servers or something is down.

I can’t get in “Failed to Configure Error”
This also happened to me yesterday on Castle of Steel US East. Right about the same time I would think.
I was in an invasion which I was pretty happy about because they are all between 8-10pm est on my server and I usually can’t play during those hours.
About 2/3 of the way through wave 1 mouse and keyboard both stopped responding completely. This has never happened before. They would not respond in windows or new world so I had to hard reset.
When I booted back up everything was fine, bit it would not let me log into the server and I kept getting this message 2-3 times in a row followed by something that said there was no logon ticket or something to that effect.
This lasted for maybe 20-30 minutes and was very frustrating. When I was finally able to get back in, the invasion was over and I got no reward for participation despite not being able to participate in OPR for an hour before hat and sitting in the queue area for 15 minutes.
What a frustrating waste of the one time that I can join an invasion.
I feel like the game is trying to tell me something.
I had a similar issue while standing at the trading post. I got kicked for being AFK even though I was actively checking prices and selling items, and then when I tried to log back in, received a message that I had no internet connection. This is definitely not the case, my internet was just fine. It would be nice if developers would fix this issue with trading and fishing. We shouldn’t have to stop what we are doing to prevent being kicked when actively playing the game.
