Hey @Rickjames321 I’m sorry to hear you can’t complete your transfer.
In this case we will need to create a TT, for this please contact Customer Support so the agents can make a ticket and the correct team can help us with this issue. You can share them the link of this forum that I sent you there. We do it this way since it’s probably that we will need the logs.

I have a solution that has worked twice already. go to settings> social > turn on auto invite rejection> log off> log back on and then turn it off > have someone from that original invite company resend an invite ( it doesn’t have to be the original person just someone in that company). Hope this helps anyone that is having the problem
