Hi there! My whole company recently transferred out of the server, and I am left behind due to the trading post bug!
Is there anyway to resolve this or is it just a waiting game?

At this moment our team is looking into a fix for the bug with the trading bug not allowing players to transfer between worlds
Right now we do not have an estimate for when this bug will be fixed, but the team is working as fast as they can to have the transfers up and running

I’m trying to hard to be patient but with no estimation for a solution in sight it’s really hard to enjoy the game alone. I can’t even use the trading post because I keep checking to see if I can transfer. I know that you are just responding to ensure that this was seen, but please pass along the feedback about how saddening this bug is. I have put an unhealthy amount of time into the game, spent money on marks, and have essentially sold the game for you guys to several of my friends. I just want to be able to play with them, and by the looks of it so do 1000 + other people. I know you guys have so much to work on, but this should be really top of the list. This game has been fun, but even days lost of progress in a competitive PVP environment is a lot and it’s really been bumming me out to not even be able to play with my Fiance.
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my thread and give some insight, I appreciate it. I saw the mega thread and posted in it. I’m hoping they get to me soon to free me up. Great game, just can’t even really play it in this state. 
I completely understand your frustration with this bug not letting you play, i will pass on your feedback about this to the team.
We really do appreciate that you have been enjoying the game so far 
Even though we cannot assure a date for when this bug will be fixed, we can assure you that once it is fixed, you will be able to enjoy the game tenfold
