because there’s a guy, who only write bad things about me. (had a post about it yesterday). today he made again unfriendly comments and said “kys” (kill yourself). and I don’t want to block him, if he can continue reading me. because if you write something in the chat and he can read it, he would write again bad things. I couldn’t read that (but others) to protect myself. and i couldnt report it.
Question, why do you not want to block this person? If this person is doing nothing but give you drama? Who cares if they talk smack if you ignore them? They will only keep effecting you and keep saying nasty comments like kys or other nasty things like that. If you’re worried about what others may read…you think keeping them unignored and they KEEP saying/typing bad crap about you or anyone else for that matter is going to stop it or change?
Look, trying find other ways than ignoring someone is notable, not slamming you okay but for you sake to lessen drama, just ignore that person
Oh sorry, got off topic…no, if you ignore someone, they cannot read nor can you read any comments.
This kind of behavior is considered Harassment and would lead to a temporary Ban if reported.
Multiple of these Bans could lead to a perma Ban … Some people are just a waste of carbon and oxygen.
Block them and live a happy Life, sooner or later they will be on everyones Block list and leave 
Sorry to hear that buddy. Let go of your ego and block him. If you mind your own business then at some point people will get fed up from him. You are worried way too much about a random person harming your reputation in a virtual game. Imagine what will do to you if a real person that you though you can trust, do the same

thank you all for your kind replies. I’m glad to see that almost all the replies were kind. It is important to me to know what other people say about me. For example if they call me a bad player, a cheater or whatever and people would avoid me and wouldn’t invite me to groups / guilds etc. like i said. I couldn’t read that and protect myself. or report these peoples. Because if no one reported them, they would keep insulting people and get away with it. But I’m not sure if the support will do something against these people
Option 1
you could play the idiot approach, which is to come off completely incompetent and ignorant. What does kys mean, make him explain it. What does noob mean, make him explain it. What ever he says to you, make him explain it. It will be more effort for him to keep up this effort that for you to simply copy and paste comments. Meanwhile he is getting multitudes of reports from the public for being an asshole to a person they think is just slow.
Option 2
You can also be the punching bag made of rich arintian leather and learn all of the possible insults that guy can muster up. And again eventually that guy will say the wrong thing and get an avalanche of social justice warriors on him.
Option 3
Keep him talking. The more he is chatting the less he is playing. Just use simple replies to get him foaming at the mouth. “Huh” “JA” “neck beard” “maidenless” “hamster complex”
As he is flying off the handle and foaming at the mouth flaming the chat, you are slowly surpassing him in GS and stats and getting ahead.

Just ignore and report the person. Game Developers really despise this kind of behavior. Honestly using that towards someone is just something people shouldn’t do. The person could already be depressed beyond belief and that sheer love of playing a game helps them focus out of it.
Person should be Banned or suspended and second reoccurrence is a perm ban…
League has a 14 day suspension and then next infraction its perm.
You cant change these types of people, even a ban would do nothing but remove them from the game and they will carry on in another game or come back to NW doing the same.
They are stuck in a toxic mindset, likely suffering from a form of mental illness for which they dont realize yet or they do and this is their way of dealing with it.
NOBODY with a healthy mindset would ever tell someone to kys, block the person and move on you life is 100000% better without them exsisting in yours.
Had you read the post - at all - you would understand that the specific issue he has is someone using the KYS acronym - which is not vulgar language.
to be honest, you are so right. I have had many bad experiences in life, such as bullying and discrimination. and that is why I am also depressed. Something like that gets me down and takes the fun out of the game. I would not write anything in the chat anymore, even if i need help. Its not important for me, where the bad things were written. because they are still the same words. and it’s not just about the words, it’s about how they treat people. its already “bullying” if they say over and over bad things, as soon you write something in the chat. it doesnt feel good for me
I appreciate the reply and I hope things start looking up your way. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences, and gaming really helps put my mind at ease. As the old saying goes “Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.”
But in reality they do hurt may not be much or could be a whole lot. After all video games were created for enjoyment. Game developers to showcase their talent and vision of a game. Weren’t meant for being to just bully and harass each other.
With all of the recent mass reportings and this discussion, would be nice if they developed some more positive reinforcement systems in this game. I know Overwatch has the endorsement system. These have had some variable effectiveness but would be really cool to design one of those from the ground up and implement it into the game.
Sometimes you have to punish people’s behavior and thats necessary. It’s doesn’t do a great job at changing behavior though.
Just some random thoughts. Think people have already posted some great advice so won’t spam this by saying similar things.
It’s a liberating feeling when you are to person in control but appear to be riding in the back of the bus. Or the puppet master that doesn’t need strings to Move people the way you want them to move.
I was skimming through replies nonchalantly and I came across this here. If you would indulge me by reading my reply and seriously consider my words, there is no malice, there is no sarcasm, there is honestly no emotion, just advice. So please hear me out…
I have a friend, more like a brother. Known him for 25+ years now and I truly love him as my blood brother. I knew he had anxiety issues and even asked what’s wrong but he’d never ever tell anyone. Well when he did a few years ago, few years, not more than 5 tops, his issues was from what others may think or how they may look at him (Love my brother but he his a bit…‘homely’) because here lately his attacks have gotten to a point of hospitalization and meds.
When I found out FINALLY after all these years, as his brother, as his family I started hanging around him more and started drilling into his head (pardon my language here everybody but I don’t sugarcoat this) The FUCK do you care what others you’ll never ever know and never hang with? You need to stop worrying so much about what others may think or NOT think of you and live your life by any means to be happy. And if you’re not hurting yourself or others…fuck anyone that doesn’t like YOUR happiness, you are not placed on this Earth to give a damn about what a stranger may think.
I pounded that into his head day in and day out and now he has less attacks, he’s happier, he feels better not giving a fuck about nothing other than what’s important in his life. I hope this message reaches through to you and to anyone else afraid to say this out in the open. I really hope you think and try to focus on you and not others so much…ignore the pos player, be happy in game and in life.

thank you for your lovely answer. I recognized myself in your post. Even as a child I had problems with “ordinary” things because people could get angry with me. For example, I was afraid to use traffic lights because people had to wait because of me. and Even though I’m 30 years old now, I still have problems. that I severely limit myself / or harm myself. For example, I would rather be hungry and thirsty than look stupid while eating and drinking.
Thank you for being a good human. its hard for me to see the good things in the world. but people like you who don’t have prejudices towards people like me (who are more sensitive and have it harder) and are there for them (like you for your friend). Show me that there are still good things / people. You people build others up and give hope, not to lose faith and courage to be ourself.
