Keen is critical.
It can be rolled with anything as it is its own perk pool with nothing attached to the label.

Only Leeching/Siphoning can roll in the current setup.

I was thinking flame attunement and keen even though OP is about rings. Idk why.
Idk why keen is in DmgType and idk why vicious is in the critheadshot pool.
Perk pools need work and shouldn’t be so limiting to weapon design and choice.
I think they should be singular. Only one trenchant perk, one Thwarting perk, one elemental damage perk, one physical resist damage perk. Things like that.
You’d be able to roll Keen, Flame and Slash Damage on a ring if it were that way.
