Can we get a Update on characters that are scuffed since the transfer?

Any updates on characters that have not been able to play since the transfer scuffed them, server maintenance going to happen?

I imagine there will be some further clarification on the situation on Monday, once they are back at work.

But this is why I never do any form of transfer when a new service appears on day 1, as I know there is going to be some major problems happening.
