Can we get party leader?

It happened to me a few times when I was making party for dungeon f.e. that some of random ppl I invited - invited underleveled character, or absolutely useless character for our cause ( f.e. dps instead of healer ) and I was not able to kick the last person joined, as his friend every time denied a vote for kick.

Can we get party leader, please ?

That this feature is missing in the first pleace just shows once more how this game should have stayed in development for a few months more. So much basic stuff missing…
