Can we have a statement about legendary components that aren't dropping?

I would like to know why we can’t drop yet few legendaries items like “Glowing sap” “Ancient mandible” “ephemeral seal” ? Are they droppable ? if not why ?

I’ve read that a word is missing in the game’s code to make these items droppable. But i can’t understand the reason that made the devs not implementing them.

Can we have a clear statement about these items please ?

it looks like they are dropping. Someone posted a screenshot about inflation on his server and those items were listed. but I didnt see them ingame too
