Everyone is loving the musket being crippled except musket players. This isn’t Call of Duty, hitscan has no place. The ranged meta is oppressive enough without people just getting free kills from perfect safety and collecting mortal empower stacks (also a terribly thought out mechanic) just to make it more ridiculous. Let’s also mention the Call of Duty aimbot cheat problems that can mostly go away just by addressing the mechanic that doesn’t belong. Honestly an mmo with aimbot problems?

Everything wrong with the musket, would be fixed with 2 updates. No more, no less.
Remove hit scan and heavily nerf mortal empowerment.
Legit, not even joking.
Your average player would put the musket down. Leaving us that have used it since the start.
Musket was irrelevant for 7 or 8 months.
