Cancelled sell order results in no items to claim

  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: Maramma
  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Cancelled sell order of 9677 Ironwood in AH - Items never went to inventory or storage however it says that the order was successfully cancelled within the AH history.
  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Overall not an issue since ironwood is basically charcoal, but quite annoying considering and is pretty much a general negative effect on gameplay.
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, I did attempt to re-log from the main menu to see if it would resolve to no success.
  • (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: This isn’t possible but here you go you get this
  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Unsure of steps to reproduce
  • When did this happen? (Relative time; please include your timezone) Roughly 7:50ish AM Central Daylight Time (CDT), UTC -5

Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
