Hello @thyrodent

as far as I can tell, your current rank in the syndicate faction should be “Adept”.

Can you please check the following:

Rank

• talk to the faction representative in any settlement
• look at the progressbar above the available quests.
• it should say “Adept” for you

Journal

• Open your Journal (default: “J”)
• search for the side quest “Trial of the Scrivener”
• the quest should lead you to Brightwood, where you get follow up quests to get a rank up
• NOTE: You have to be Level 24 to progress in this Quest

Hi, just found solution for me. Hit “J” on keyboard and look for a mission telling to level up above adept. Its yellow mission on journal and its not with your faction missions; just pin it and complete it. It’s a story mission. hope it helps. Cheers and sorry about my rusty English

Same issue here - handed in 4 missions since hitting 3000 on syndicate, but no progress beyond?

  Should add that I went to Brightwood for the scrivener quest, but you need to be level 25 ideally it says (that was a scary run!)

Same problem here. Can you just tell us how to progress past the cap at 3000 please?

This seems to be terribly flawed design.

I am Alchemist Rank Syndicate but my token cap did not increase to 50k. I am stuck at 25k cap.

Im having the same problem.
As you can see from the image link above. I have the quest to progress to alchemist and im capped on reputation. The issue is it says i cant proceed to the next phase and do the trials until i get more reputation AND I CANT DO THAT IF ITS CAPPED?!?!

I am now able to advance in reputation standings past 3000 today!!!

Consider my issue resolved.

I’m also having this issue. I just switched from Syndicate to Covenant along with my company, and I don’t have the advancement quest despite hitting the 3,000 rep cap. I just don’t have the quest in my Journal at all and I don’t know how to get it.

I am having this problem too. I am 3000 and I cannot see or find a quest that levels me up to the next level. Terribly frustrating.
