Describe the issue you are experiencing: I cannot afford to pay the house tax due to no first house bonus ( -50% ) being applied, as well as the territory bonus and whatever else comes into play

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: In many many ways ! 1) I cannot use Recall to House. 2) I’ve lost the extra storage space I had from no less than 3 chests I had in my house ( Tier III ). 3) I’ve lost the bonuses for mining, gathering, armoring and engineering from the 4 trophies I had in my house. 4) Due to not having Recall to House available, as a crafter that moves a lot from place to place, I’ve spent a ton of Azoth - I’m almost never sub 700, however since this happened I’m at about 300 right now, it takes me 230 to get back to Windsward ( where my central hub is, basically ) from Mourningdale where I’m currently questing to level up.
I might not do a good job expressing just how much this affects me, but please understand that this is HEAVILY impacting me, at this point on my server I have the best Tier III house in all of Windsward ( by points ) and I really did put time & effort into it ! I really REALLY need the fast travel it gives me & the bonus storage from the chests, these 2 are extremely important to me. Please note that this is also impacting my company ( which owns Cutlass Keys since Day 1 ! ) negatively, as I’m the main cook and I cannot handle what I need to be doing properly due to this.

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, this is impairing my gameplay and influencing my overall gaming experience A LOT, I really need help with this ! So please let me know how you’re going to help me FAST, I cannot just simply wait for this to be fixed by the next patch ( which hopefully happens, this is a huge game breaker for many ! ) … either I pay the tax how it is but then I demand that you give me the Coin back and I’ve spent like 500 extra Azoth due to this issue, I expect at least 5 x Vials of Suspended Azoth.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Purchase your first house, wait a bit, be asked to pay the tax, be shocked by the fact that the first house bonus doesn’t apply to the tax, nor does the other bonuses, it simply asks for the full 10% amount ( which in my case is 1500 Coin, which is insane, I invest almost all my coin into levelling up my crafting ! ).
