- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Cannot aim AOEs when someone is casting maelstrom

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Aside from having the entire spell consumed, I cannot even aim my aoe within the area that maelstrom is being performed, which means I cannot even attempt at timing my cast to land my aoe spell the frame that maelstrom ends.
