This is getting very annoying now that this has happened for a second time. Our company pushed influence on Brightwood for the second time with in 2 weeks and both times did not even get to put in a bid. This has happened with other Marauder companies running the pvp mission along side of us as well. Both times a smaller group pushing less influence was the only one allowed to bid and therefor only once that would be able to declare war. Not sure what mechanic does this but is pretty frustrating putting in the time and not having the rng chance to declare. Would be nice for this to be fixed or explained why it happens. Plus with this crouch heal bug happing All the wars should have been delayed but maybe that would have required 5 hrs of down time.
