- Describe the issue you are experiencing: When a territory is thrown into conflict we are unable to declare war for 2 days on them. This is causing territories and wars to not be declared and tons of time and resources wasted for no effect.
- Is this a bug or an exploit: This is a full on Bug
- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Cannot actually play the PVP aspect of the game and wars are unable to exist
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: We are unable to recover as the map will never change and the current factions will hold their territories indefinitely.

The invasion does not exist.
