I will add that previously (300h in game) this problem did not occur with my network, and everything was fine. Is there a chance that it was some update that broke it?
I’m sorry the problem still persists Dukiii, ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ
Before I escalate your case with the Dev’s team (because you’re right it might be related with the latest update); I also want to check with you if you also applied the troubleshooting with the third party program EasyAntiCheat that is linked within New World:
Open New World in your Steam Library.
Right click on New World’s list title and then Go to Settings < Manage < Browse Local Files.
Open the EasyAntiCheat folder.
Run as administrator EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable file.
Make sure in the drop-down within EasyAntiCheat Service Setup New World is the selected game.
Press Repair Service.
After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:
If the problem still persists after this final troubleshooting, Can you please provide me your server and one of your main Characters located there?
Thank you for confirming and keep me updated Dukiii,
I’ve escalated your case to the Developers team so they can investigate further about this issue since the latest update for your character dukiii in Abaton, as soon as they reply back I will notify you about they resolution and investigation.
Thank you for all your help and specially your patience about this connectivity error. (ᵔᵕᵔ)/
Thank you so much for waiting, I really appreciate all your patience, the Developer’s team is fully aware of this issue and they’re working on this issue as we speak (a relocation may be apply in your case when they finish), in the meantime, they suggest us to follow all these troubleshooting only one more time:
I hope this situation gets resolve as soon as possible and see you back in Aeternunm without any other connectivity issues. ʕᵔᴥᵔʔ
Okay, after resetting the router again, it was able to log on to the server. If there are any further problems I will let you know here. Thanks a lot for the help so far, and I hope the problem will not return.
Unfortunately the problem occurred again, even after trying to reset the router the error continued to disappear (even though yesterday after the reset everything was fine). I’m really slowly losing my mind about this already…
I fully understand you about this issue you’re experiencing with New World.
We haven’t received any notification from them yet, saying that, I don’t want to give up with your case Dukiii. I want you to help me deleting your character dukiiii in Abaton, and I’ll going to restore it back inmediately, to see if that helps you recovering from this connectivity bug. When you get back with dukiiii let me know if New World shows you an option to respawn to the nearest town.
Please as soon as you delete it let me know so I can restore it here in my end. c(ˆ⌣ˆc)
I have this happen constantly and it’s a known bug. You need to unplug your router and restart your PC then plug both back in. Clear out your temporary files and reconnect to your internet. Launch Steam to let it check for updates and then you should be able to log back in. I also get this bug if I have been kicked for being afk for too long and try to log in without restarting new world.
