There is no connection with the servers and constantly saying connect to twitch. This happened multiple times when my internet connection was bad. But this time my internet connection is good and without New World, everything running perfectly. Any solution for this? I tried every possible solutions I knew. Thanks.

Can you enlist the troubleshooting you had performed already to provide further assistance? Also to discard this is something related to your ISP, can you use you mobile network with you computer and try to start the game to see if you still get the error message?

hello, there is no troubleshooting performed. And yes I can connect to servers with my mobile network. My broadband internet causing trouble here. This is what the image looks like with my broadband internet.

Try adding Windows firewall exceptions manually:
- Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
- Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
- Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the game is missing from the list, you must add it.
- Click Allow another app…, locate and select NewWorldLauncher.exe, and then click Add.
- Once you’ve done that, make sure that New World has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.
Flush DNS, enter the commands in CMD in the following order one after the other
- ipconfig /flushdns
Restart your modem, router and PC.
These are the only ports we ask players to open for connectivity issues:
TCP: 80, 443
UDP: 33435
For any other connectivity issue, I would recommend first checking your router/modem settings, or contact your ISP, as in some cases, your ISP may be limiting traffic on certain ports, which can impact your ability to play.

I can’t play. Or just doesn’t connect (1st screenshot) or the game kick me few minutes later (2nd screenshot) and the text says damaged installation or suspicious software ??
Weeks since I played, just apply the patchs via Steam and now this
you had this message after selecting NewWorldLauncher.exe and add? or different?
No, i just did what the CM say, and it work, no need to reboot modem and PC for me, just allow all new world part in firewall and flush dns
