Since I the game updated today I have had great Difficulty Fast Traveling. Relogging doesn’t work and I’ve tried diferent shrines and town’s and they all tell me "You must be in a town or at a shrine to fast travel.

Relogging doesn’t work and I’ve tried diferent shrines and town’s and they all tell me "You must be in a town or at a shrine to fast travel. Relogging or reloading the game does not fix the issue.
