Cannot finish Skysong's End quest

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: The pathway that leads to the end to the Skysong Temple is blocked on both sides by stone pillars. They are seen overlapping the staircase and I can’t go any further. I have wasted so much time to try and find another route but I think this is just a bug.

  • Is this a bug? (If this is an exploit, please follow the steps here: yes

  • (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: It has physically blocked me from going further to compete my quest.

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I just followed the waypoint to try and destroy Skysong Maiden Ping and Corrupted Emissary.

you can jump over the edge onto the rock and get around the back and then jump up onto the platform and get to ping that way, I done this last week.

Thats the work around for me until those steps are unblocked

I just completed the quest doing it that other way, so problem solved for me. But this might be useful for others once/if that get’s fixed.

This is not solved, this need to be repaired. I’m assuming this is NOT intended.

edit: tried going around the back, but can’t find a way up the rocks without drowning. Bogus!

I was able to get round to the rocks by going to the right side, so the opposite side of where I was in the picture, jump over the railing onto some rocks and travel behind until you see a way to climb up the rocks on the right hand side.

This bug still exists I have trying to finish this quest for hours but the path is blocked by pillars.

The quickest/easiest way I’ve found (plus you can grab all the chests along the way) is to take the eastern path to the blocked staircase.

Walk past the column and take a hard left. You can jump right onto the banister and take the walkway across.

The banister jump wouldnt work for me. I ended up having to use the lower rocks like the others above. i say fix this stupid shit if its not ended for those pathways to be blocked like that.

Welcome to the New World forum community. The team is working on this issue now! The bug is not solved correct, I just mainly meant that the user was able to complete their quest.

You catch more flies with honey. I’m frustrated also about this also but i’m sure they’re working on it. The banister jump is pretty easy once ya get the hang of it.

I am also stuck here. Please fix this. 4 weeks now and still no fix
