I am getting this error now after the patch and not the only one…
I have reinstalled it. verified files… what more can i do…

I would like to apologize for this error you are receiving, at this moment, it seems like this is an error with the mentioned file, the fix for this one is to locate the file on your computer and delete it and you should be able to play the game again
If the system does not let you delete the file, i recommend deactivating administrator mode for this file and trying again to delete it
