Can login to any other character on another server, except my main on City of Brass.

I’m sorry you cannot access to City of Brass, I’m sure it must be very frustrating. Unfortunately, the server is still under maintenance as you may check here: Server Status | New World.

Server status is not under maintenance according to your website. Other players in my company are logged in right now, speaking with them in discord.
City of brass is not on the list for server UNDER MAINTENANCE . Somes player of my company are online right now playing on it , for me its impossible to login at the moment.

Your server page shows it up, yet still cannot log in.

I’m having the same issues on Eden, did a live chat was told US-East servers are having issues this morning.
Server is not under maintenance, and I still can’t enter the server. Company members are logged in right now.

Its officially down on the server page … now…
After the server reset…
Servers went down for a few minutes and came back online (Reboot) , but still getting error… again need New World to update and own this one.
