Cannot open m10 expeditions anymore

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Before the merge I was able to open m10 Ennead, and now I can only open m8. My friend is having the same issue as his availability to open mutations is 2 lower than it was previously.

• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I can’t open m10 Ennead.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No.
