Cannot respawn in outpost rush

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Cannot respawn in outpost rush - says respawn points - random location, does not allow me to respawn at all

Exact same thing happened to me, reloging solved it. Happend after my first death, when no where has been captured yet.

To me it happened on three different occasions in the same outpost rush :s

Same issue happened to me just now and I was killed in about the same place. The only difference I see is that I was killed by a hatchet instead of a musket.
