Hello! Are you playing on a multi monitor setup and/or borderless window and had tabbed out at some point? When tabbed back in (if you tabbed out), E didn’t respawn?
This particular one happened with dual monitors, but it also occurs when only running a single. I have only recently added a 2nd monitor, and this bug has been happening to me for months at random.
I always run in fullscreen mode. When this bug occurs, I have tried alt-f4 to put it in windowed mode, but the cursor is still missing. If I hit the windows key or alt-tab, i see the cursor normally outside of the game. I can place the cursor exactly where it should go to be able to click the respawn button, but as soon as the game is the active screen once more, it disappears and no clicks are registered.
I do alt-tab out of the game periodically, but hard to say if I did during this session or previous instances.
