Cannot Transfer Character from EU to SA EAST, says max characters in SA EAST

  • I am unable to transfer my character from EU CENTRAL to SA EAST. I only have one character on SA EAST. I also don’t have any characters on the PTR. However, the game says I have two characters on SA EAST.

  • I’ve had this problem for 9 days and in these 9 days contacting support, I have not had any solution to the problem, I really hope that a DEV sees this post and can help me.

  • I contacted a support person today and he told me maybe it was the Devaloka world full but it doesn’t make sense because the bug exists before the Atlantis world was released… and if that was really the problem I would. I wouldn’t be able to create a new character in Atlantis right now.

  • Maybe if some DEV erases my account data from this region by deleting the characters that “are” in it, it might not solve the problem?

Hey @Wyvernn, alright, I hope you guys can really fix this, I really like the game, but if it continues in this condition unfortunately I’ll have to abandon it ;/.

When i had this problem it was that i had a PTR character and it took a slot. I deleted my PTR character and I was able to transfer. Might not be your issue but you might want to check that while you wait for support to figure out the problem.
