Has this been resolved for anyone? I have the same issue. I raised a ticket and the response i got was “this is a known issue and we are looking at it.” So I’m not sure that “creating a ticket is the only way to get this resolved” is true.
No the problem is not solved, he should work on it… Open a support ticket they will ask you for your logs and your Dxdiag.exe… it’s important to unblock the situation that all the people to impact created a ticket.
Must feel bad to accuse someone of incompetence only to realize that you yourself were the one unable to comprehend the issue at hand. It’s not the same issue. You’re telling people who have clearly put effort into solving the problem to try harder when you clearly didn’t even read their post carefully. Nice job.

Latest update as of 10/2/22:
I’ve been told that all my tickets were closed AGAIN marked as resolved.
Some key takeaways:
1.) I am being told that Manual Server Transfer cannot be done, they don’t have the tools anymore… and they have no idea when they will be available again.
2.) They are denying that there is a bug even though we have proven that there is. the tickets were closed saying the issue is “not on their end”
Hands down the least effective customer service and technical support I have ever received from an online game. I do not trust that they are communicating our issue effectively to the people who can actually fix this.
I’m at a loss for how to escalate this further but the answer is not spending many more hours on the line with their absolutely useless customer/technical support organization.
So you are still stuck on your server ? it really sucks ! he doesn’t want to be pissed off and leaves us in trouble… it’s a shame…

Alas… I still have the same error. Tried transferring multiple times at different towns/shrines.
This is what i got from CS after creating multiple tickets and having to chase them up after they failed to get back to me. Seems like we are out of luck until they decide to do something.

allegedly they are still working to solve the issue but timeline is TBD.
I have created a ticket and in the same situation as everyone else. Unfortunately it seems it’s just going to lead to people quitting like it did last year when transfers were a massive failure. Takes forever to resolve tickets and then the worlds get locked and the developers tell you too bad.
Still no solutions for this issue? I’m also a old player trying to come back. I have tried a bunch of goofy stuff that videos and forums have said worked in the past. I clean installed windows and the gam even, I believe my issue is identical.
News ? I’m always stuck in NYSA

It’s not fixed. Just quit the game like the other 98% of the players did for similar issues. It’s the only way we can hope they will learn
