Describe the issue you are experiencing: Once I joined the covenant the next mission was to complete a faction quest. Accepted them all and they disappeared, even though before they say in progress, I didnt think of it too much cause they were still in my journal. Did the tasks and went back to the representative to turn them in. After talking to him and going to the faction board, three new missions appeared, but no way to turn them in. Accepted all those quests in hope after doing them it will reset. Of course that didn’t happen so I now have 8 faction missions, with 6 of them having the green arrow telling me to speak to representative. Any help is appreciated cause that locked me from doing the main quest and receiving gold/exp

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: the 9th mission I accepted showed “in progress” so I was able to complete one, but still have 6 others that need to be turned in

Can confirm, that this issue still persists as I have a green arrow and no way to turn in the quest.
Happened exactly as @Magicthread123 mention - when picked up quests, the list cleared, saying that there are no more missions. Ok, so, went to do a mission, came back and there were 3 completely new mission with no way to turn in the finished ones. I didn’t pick up the new ones, hoping that the missions will rotate every 5 minutes and maybe lock on to the ones I have already in my journal but after few hours that hasn’t happened yet. I guess the only way is to cancel the finished mission from journal and take the new ones.
As of today I am also still having the same issue for over a week now with Faction Board quests and also with Town Job Board quests. I cannot turn them in. The Town Job Board does have the ability to turn in jobs no longer listed on the board with the “COMPLETE MISSION” Button on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. And that usually does work. It would be nice if the Faction Board had this feature too.
Same problem, happened multiple time in shattered mountain, last example was with the quest Raid: Opulence. Still not found a way to complete it despite the bug. Its a problem since the daily bonus is a big income boost with elite mission that can take a while / a group to complete
