Can't access PTR - Redirected to weblink

I downloaded the PRT in Steam but when I attempt to launch it, it directs me to your webpage here, Ankündigung des öffentlichen Testbereichs - Neuigkeiten | New World.

It was only a few kb’s to so the download was crazy fast of course.
It seemed more like a small update/patch, not a full client.

Not sure why this is happening?
