Describe the issue you are experiencing: I cannot select the world to login with my character, the option is grayed out despite telling me I have 1 character

If the problem persists, due to the nature of the situation, the best way to handle this would be via support ticket, so whenever possible contact us here, so the team can investigate what happened to that missing gold.

@Santoryu this issue is happening to my friend in the ‘El Dorado’ world.
Oh Lei tried to log in and he is forced in the ‘Aukumea’ world when he does not have a character there. Please fix so I can play with my friend. He wants to return to the game
