Cant add friends after server transfer (need dev to help)

Hi devs,

I know this is a common bug when transferring, where you cant add friends after tranferring (says you can only have 100 friends, when i have 0 friends here in new server:

Account Info:

Character Name: DMT
Region: U.S EAST
New Server: Maramma
Old server: (Pluto)

Any help with this will be much appreciated.

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing the inconvenience when trying to add friends.

If you have not tried please run an Steam integrity check for New World to discard possible issues. After that please check and try to add a friend.

If the issue persist please contact our colleagues in the Customer Support, they will escalate the case with a ticket to the dev team if is necessary.

i tried the steam integrity check twice, with no avail. so i will be contacting customer support now.
