When you go to buy the house it says what rep level you need to be I believe the 10k house is 20 and it saying that she bought the house is just a glitch.

First house is 50% discount so if she is trying to buy a house that is 10k its the 20k house and she doesn’t have the territory standing for that which I believe is level 30.

Those are normal house costs so if its her first home then divide the price in half.

Just so you are aware this is happening on many other servers as well. On Eden, the 5k houses in Brightwood and Windsward are bugged and cannot be purchased properly.

oh no! hope it is not another bug derived from the correction of previous housing bug. I hope they tested it correctly, some servers with less than 100 ppl peak need to be merged with extreme urgency, its so fking unplayable.

This is not a new issue. This bug has been in the game now like for 2-3 months, maybe even more. I had a post about this earliler. But i didn’t even get a respond to that. Looks like they don’t care about this somehow.

Probably related to the housing persistence issue… if there is a limit on number of owners of a given house in a town, probably breaks when that limit gets exceeded on merges.

Edit: well… now Luxendra posted saying that’s resolved… not clear if resolved via patch 1.3.1 or server side change… maybe resolved now? This report thread appears to have started prior to 1.3.1…

Can't purchase house in Brightwood - Eden

Hi, I have all necessary zone points and coin, but I can’t purchase a house if brightwood: [error 1.PNG] [error 2.PNG] [error 3] [error 4] [error 5.PNG] I got through everything and it tells me I own a house, no money is taken out of my inventory and I don’t own the house at the end of this. I’ve restarted client/computer multiple times, everything happens over again

Unable to buy third house now?!?!

I’m not interested in going through the bug report process yet again, so just going to ask folks if they can still buy their third house? I’m on Pluto, trying to buy the cheap house in Brightwood, and even though I try the buy house option, then get the confirmation to buy screen, and even the follow up screen, saying I own the house, I cannot enter it like my other two (cheap) houses in Windsward and Mountaindale, but instead can only look at other folks houses. Unable to purchase a house in Windsward - Server Valhalla

I am unable to purchase the 5k house in Windsward it acts like I am purchasing and even gives me the congratulations you just became a homeowner in Windsward message but it doesn’t actually take my money and I don’t own the house. My standing in Windsward is 28. I see others have been reporting this issue for 25 days now without any response from AGS.

Might be resolved… tested on another account purchasing smallest house in WW that had failed in past. Purchase worked fine.
