- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Can’t cast Ice storm, click the skills circle comes up, try to place it circle disappears. If I wait a few second circle disappear. I can’t place sacred ground I can only self cast it. I can’t cast lights embrace. If I self cast, sound and animation comes off but no heal and no CD. Today self heal worked with light embrace but can’t target anyone else. If I try to cast on someone else I get the same result as with the ice storm.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I have no idea. It was working in the morning on Saturday CET. In the afternoon it didn’t work anymore. I tried relogging, restarting my computer, verifyfing game files, change targeting settings with spells (turning everything on and off) still same issue now on Sunday morning.
Same issue happened today 20:31 after I got pulled by a brute
