Can’t change server says still in company but not.

Hey all I’ve been loving the game and all the 730 hours I have so far. I recently moved physically and want to move my server but I’m having issues. Can anyone help me please?

Region: US West
Server: Yggdrasil
Username: FishJacksonNW

Trying to use my transfer token to go to a US East server.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

  • Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
  • Click on dxdiag.exe.
  • When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.


  • Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

I previously had a similar problem. Check if you declined all company invites.
