Can't change to covenant since questline doesnt progress

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Cannot faction swap to covenant since I can’t accept the quest taht says “Go and speak to Lumen Beyza”, it just produces a sound and nothing happens.
• Is this a bug? Y
• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: Can’t join my desired company and play wars with them, no point in playing the game until this is fixed.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:

1. I was already part of all 3 factions previously (I started covenant when I bought new world)
2. I transfered from another server to this one as Syndicate, had my faction swap cooldown to 0 already anyway.
3. Stopped playing the game for 1 month - came back and decided to join a covenant company
4. I talk to Florina, the Covenant Initiate, and attempt to accept the quest. All it does is a sound queue and no way to actually start the quest.

This is the 5th time I change factions in this character, already swapped to Covenant twice previously.

Any work-around the team can suggest for the meanwhile? I really want to join Covenant
