• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I cannot type in global chat. It says my account needs to be 3 days old or my play time needs to be greater than 3 hours. However, on my character, which is my only character, I have greater than +1000 hours of game time and I bought the game when it was first released.

• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I cannot type in global chat.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I died in open world pvp and I was stuck in the loading screen. I closed my game and reopened it, and I was still stuck in the loading screen. I tried this a few times and eventually my character respawned. However, since then, I haven’t been able to type in global chat.
