When I launch game, the character creation screen won’t show up just a continue button, then the worlds list never populates.
If i turn off IP6 I can create a character, pick a world, etc. but once I try to connect to any world i get a connection error: No product information found, cannot initialize game. Please contact customer service for this product.
I was in the first beta and everything worked fine.

Haven’t been able to play since purchase.
