Describe the issue you are experiencing: Upon crafting at any station, if you step away and try to craft something else OR go to another station to craft the UI appears, you can select what you want to craft but upon clicking the CRAFT box it exits out and I get “Crafting Attempt Failed”. Logging to main screen does not fix this. Logging out of the game completely and restarting it corrects the issue for the first crafting session but then all subsequent sessions after that I am unable to craft again. Haven’t tried going to another town but suspect it will be the same thing.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Approach any crafting station. Craft items. Step away. Re-enter station or go to another station. Attempt to craft items. Select items in UI and click CRAFT. It will kick you out of the UI and error message appears.
When u press “E” you have to check your character throught the crafting panel (Just like the screen you’ve posted) if your character looks at you (I mean, he turns from the crafting station and look at your eyes) the craft will fail… no matter what.
So leave station and press “E” again, repeat until you can see your character making the crafting animation (You can see him throught that panel) when the crafting panel is open and you can see your character “working” it means the craft will be done.
It works for my guildmates, I hope it works for you too.
This way is working for me to it just so annoying tho. repeating this step for more than 20x just to craft something. so it would be great if u craft something in bulk so u don’t need to keep open n closing when ever u want to craft something.
I made a post about this issue nearly a month ago. As someone else mentioned, you can detect whether the issue will occur if your character turns around. There is a “workaround” that makes things a bit more likely to succeed…
Do the following:
Enter the station and set your filter to T1 items.
Exit the station and reenter.
Look to see if your character is performing the station animation or if they turned around. Repeat step 2 if your character turns around.
If your character is performing the correct animation, remove the filter and craft. (It will often only work for 2 crafts).
This “solution” isn’t 100% successful but it is a lot better than trying to use the station without the filter. Even with the solution it once took me 88 tries to use an Outfitter station.
