Cant create a new character

Deleted main main on Yggdrasil thinking i would be able to play the new starting but can get back on the server and its the all my friends on

Yggdrasil is locked, as such you won’t be able to create a new character or transfer in. I believe older characters could do the new main story quests. I’d recommend contacting support to recover your deleted account. Contact Us | Amazon Games
