This bug was also in the closed beta and I can’t believe it hasn’t been fixed yet, it’s really annoying. Only way for me to decline company invites is to pass the governor rank to my friend, decline the invite, and then get him to pass governor back to me. Why can people even invite me to a company when I’m already in a company in the first place???

Yes, I got a ninja invite the first day as well, even though I already founded our own guild. Now I cant get rid of the invitation.
I am having the same issue. When will this be fixed?
I am also experiencing this bug, what happens if I transfer ownership does the name change and get locked? how does that work can I transfer ownership, decline the invite and transfer back? will the name stay the same is all I want to know.
Since I cannot get their invitiation away, I have resolved to keep inviting them to my company as well. They shall have a company invitation forever now as well. Maybe don’t invite people that already have a company.

Reported this in open testing. Can confirm still a bug as of 1.0.1 patch.

Having the same issue and it’s pretty annoying…
The problem seems to be fixed in 1.0.3!
