Can't deliver completed Factions quests

• What is your character name in New World: Dorn Il-Khan
• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Bifrost
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Completed Faction quests on delivery are bugged - they appear as not completed, they can only be abandoned.
• Is this a bug or an exploit:
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Had to abandon completed quests, it cost me time and gold (3 genesis quests for 28g each x10 factor with daily bonus = 840g approx)
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, I’m tramatised
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: Factions NPC says the quests aren’t completed , but game UI says otherwise, Journal screenshot.
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I don’t know. It happens to me randomly, at various NPCs and different quests all over Aeternum.
