Cant Finish azoth staff lvl 3 , Rima is not showing

Anyone knows how to restart the quest, I havent found a way to fix it

Hey, whats the name of the quest you are in? Our the name of the last one that you did?

I was on " The Alliance Quest", I did the last part, and then head to fort but I didnt get the starff
And on my journal I dont see the quest anymore

and there is nothing on the map

I found the staff in one of my warehouses.
