Can't get into game after patch

Since the patch, I am unable to enter the game… ok was able a few times, but studder made it impossible to play. so updated graphic drivers, and now can’t get past character select.

I found the problem.

I forgot I was running a VPN that I can’t set the location. I removed it. and all the problems are gone.
