Can't get past initial load screen

Hi AGS

I can’t get past the initial loading screen featuring the ‘New World’ logo and black back drop (See attached picture for reference) and I have also tried all the solutions on the list of the 2nd attached picture. I am out of trouble shooting suggestions. Can you please help me out?

I’m sorry to know you’re having issues connecting to the game.

I see the troubleshooting you’ve performed so far, we can try one more thing:

  • From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
  • Select Network and Internet.
  • In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
  • When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
  • Select Properties.
  • Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6.
  • Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
  • Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
  • Try launching the game again. A PC restart may be necessary.

If the problem persists, please contact us via support ticket so your case can be further reviewed.

Please include the following information:

DxDiag report:

In Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results.

In the tool, select Save All Information for an easily shared format.

Game Logs:

Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

Thanks for reaching out. IPv& did not work. I got the DxDiag report but when checking for game logs the folder was emtpy. I have tried contacting your support through the link you provided above but with luck. First of all there is not an option that fits my problem (Launch issues / Frozen screen) and sencondly when trying to just wing with an option which would be the closest I could not upload any documents (screenshots, reports ect) which then ment I could not send the ticket. So I am at full stop here. What do you suggest I do?
