Can't Get T5 Camp. Fading Lights

  I can’t get my T5 camp, and I can’t complete Ranger’s Secrets achievement.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
  Just do the quest line and it eventually stops? The only quest I have left is the expedition one. Also I’m like 90% sure I completed this quest of killing the ancients and didn’t get credit.
