This is what it does when I load the game. Cannot see my characters or even click settings up in the corner I have tried so many different things… Please help

I’m sorry to hear about your issue with the window size and your character not loading.
New World can change between full screen and windowed mode using ALT + ENTER, when you use this shortcut sometimes the game present issues. Please close the game and reopen.
If the issue persist proceed with basic troubleshooting:

check updates on Windows and GPU, then proceed to restart your PC and check the game.
