Can't hit any NPC's (Hitbox?)

Since the restart of the server the problem that you can’t hite NPC’s occurs very often again. I was collecting leather and hit a puma without success. The NPC himself can attack and also does damage to me, but I can use all abilities and do not even hit him. This is very annoying and reduces the fun of the game. Video evidence is available and can be sent on request.
