Can't increase Faction Rank after changing Faction

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Annwyn
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Changed faction from Marauders to Covenant. Had rank Marauder Command before that. Now I’m grinding reputation for Covenants. Got 3000 and finished faction quest (Trial for tratata). But at Character → Bio I see that my rank is still Initiate (should be Templar). And reputation is not increasing when I’m finishing faction quests, stuck at 3k. At the same time faction tokens are now capped at 15000.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: can’t progress through Faction ranks, can’t get faction gear. I’m interested only in PvP - game is broken for me right now.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:

1. Get some ranks in Marauders faction (in my case - top rank: Commander)
2. Change server (probably this step is not related to the issue)
3. Change faction to Covenants
4. Get 3000 reputation and finish quest for Templar rank
5. Your rank is still Initiate and you can’t increase faction reputation/rank.

I did a full game reset. I had tried previously, but did not leave the group I was in.

— I noticed that my achievements were also bugged out. I now have 11k max Rep

Had the same thing yesterday, but went to sleep and today it updated me to the next rank.
But now have the same issue completed last quest for the alchemist in Syndicate,have 65k tokens but no access to alchemist things.

figured this out
you have to go back and do the original faction quest that gives you the initiation to the faction and the reward is that factions color dye.
