This is the only game I ever have problems with launching. I don’t know why this is happening but it is very annoying. I reinstalled the game and this is still happening. I go to verify files and it always says there are files missing but never fixes it. One time it told me there were 86 files missing, how is that even possible? Please fix your game so it is playable and I don’t have to troubleshoot it everytime I want to play, thanks.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
